Customer Service Policies

Punctuality

The maximum allowed delay is 10 minutes.

Excessive delays may result in the cancellation of the appointment or a reduction in the available time, in order to respect the schedules of subsequent clients.

Similarly, if the professional is 10 minutes or more late and the client cannot wait, the client has the right to cancel the appointment and reschedule for another date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

I work exclusively by appointment.

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
If notice is not given within this timeframe, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

Exceptions will only be considered upon presentation of an urgent and duly justified reason.

Payment Methods

I accept cash and TWINT payments.
I recommend confirming payment methods beforehand before booking.
